Rachael Buechler - Live Wedding Painting Deposit

Wedding Painting deposit for live wedding painting and to reserve the date of August 24th, 2024 at The Black Pines, in Davenport, ND.  The painting will be completed afterward in my studio and shipped to you within 12 weeks (if needed sooner please let me know).
$500 deposit is due now to reserve the date; the remaining balance is due upon approval of final piece.

Total due today = $500 (deposit, applied to painting cost)

Remaining balance due = $1450
Travel fee added to final payment = +$500
Total balance due upon completion of final painting = $1950 + tax

Tax is not charged on the deposit, but will be charged on the final payment.
